2012-2013 Application for Community Assistance Funds

The Community Assistance Committee of the Junior League of Baton Rouge, Inc. will evaluate the request for community assistance funds and, if funding is granted, an evaluation is due 60 days after completion of the project or three months upon disbursement, whichever is earlier. In order to assist us in evaluating your request, please complete the following application and submit it 60 days prior to the start date of the project.
