Shipping and Return Policy
When shopping our catalog, your order is started by clicking Add Items at the top of the page after you have entered a quantity for a catalog item. You can review the items in your order at any time by clicking Review at the top of the page.
When you are ready to complete your order, the Checkout process takes you through the following steps:
- Review the quantities of items you want to buy.
- Enter your billing information.
- Enter your shipping information.
- Click Confirm to proceed with the order or Reset to start over.
- Click Purchase to complete the order or Modify Info to change the order.
Shipping and tax amounts (if applicable) are added automatically.
RETURNS:
RRR has a "NO RETURN" Policy. Books that are received as damaged can be returned and replaced within 30 days after initial shipping. Certain returns may be accepted if approved in advance by the RRR Chairman.
