Merchant Application

There are 3 Phases to our application process:

*If you have applied as a Hollydays merchant in the past, please proceed to Phase II. Previously registered merchants may login here.

If you can’t remember your password, click the prompt to “remember your password” and a notification will be sent to you. If you do not know either your username or password, please email us and we will reset it for you.

Phase I: 

Create a merchant profile and register a username and password, which has to be confirmed by the Junior League of Baton Rouge. Confirmations are emailed to you within 72 hours. This will then give you access to your Merchant Home Page. Click here to begin Phase I of your application process (if you need to register for a username and password).

Phase II: 

Complete the online application on your Merchant Home Page. Click here to begin Phase II (if you already have a username and password). This will take you to your login page. Login to your home page and then follow the link in to personal reminders section to complete the application online.

There is a non-refundable $25 application fee for applying.

Phase III:

Submit product samples and photographs. The Product Sample and Booth Photograph Submission form MUST be included or your application will NOT be considered complete.  This form is available to print out during the application process.
