IN-KIND DONATIONS

In addition to event sponsorships, our committee relies on opportunities for in-kind support to help offset event expenses and help us raise funds to support the many community projects and mission-based initiatives of the Junior League of Baton Rouge. Please provide all requested information on the Commitment form no later than Friday, February 13, 2026, to ensure receipt of benefits related to pre-event marketing.

Your donation directly benefits less fortunate families in Baton Rouge by giving them a unique opportunity to explore a variety of trucks and equipment in an educational, hands-on environment. It provides children and their families with a chance to bond, learn, and create lasting memories together, experiences they may not otherwise have access to. Your support helps bring this enriching event to families in need, fostering both learning and togetherness within the community.
