Welcome to Touch A Truck 2027!

Hello friends,

As Chair of this year’s Junior League of Baton Rouge Touch A Truck, it is my absolute joy to welcome you to one of our city’s most beloved family traditions!

On Saturday, March 20, 2027, from 9 AM – 3 PM, we’re opening the doors (and the hoods!) to some of the biggest, toughest, and most fascinating vehicles in our community. This is a day designed for kids ages 0 to 99—a place where curiosity comes alive, where imaginations take the driver’s seat, and where memories are made. From fire trucks and bulldozers to ambulances and garbage trucks, you’ll get to climb in, honk the horn, and see what it’s like to be behind the wheel of the machines that keep Baton Rouge moving.

We know every child experiences the world differently. That’s why we’re proud to offer Silent Hours from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM—a time without loud horns or sirens—so children with sensory sensitivities and their families can enjoy the magic of Touch A Truck in a calm and welcoming space.

This event isn’t just about trucks and fun—it’s about community, connection, and giving back. Every ticket supports the Junior League of Baton Rouge’s mission to strengthen and serve families right here at home. Whether you’re visiting from near or far, we’re so excited to have you join us.
